what do you mean by ready stock, pre-order and out of stock ?

ready stock: item is available at our warehouse and is ready to be delivered after 100% payment received.

pre-order: item is not available right now, have to pre-order. Item will arrive in our warehouse approximately 3-4 weeks after pre-order period closed. buyer have to pay 50% of the total order to participate in pre-order items.

out of stock: item is sold out / do not produce anymore by factory. in case of out of stock item, payment will refund to buyer 100%.

how do I know what is in stock?

all items shown are in stock unless the words "sold out / pre-order / out of stock" appear in the product page. please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing.

what are your sizing guidelines?

how do I measure?

height: head to heel measurement, standing up for those who can or lying down for little ones.

chest: measure under the armpits, around the largest part of the chest.

waist: measure around the waistline you normally wear your pants at.

head: measure around the head above the ears and eyebrow ridges.

we have found that our brands tend to size slightly smaller than in the uk / usa. if your child is very close in age to the next size range, we recommend that you go for the larger size.

please note there is no standardised sizing system for children's clothing. this is a guide we have produced to assist. please note that different designers cut their garments differently and there will be variations in sizing between brands.

when will I receive my order?

orders placed and paid before 3pm will be shipped the same day. package will arrive at your door within 1-2 working days (Indonesia only)

please note: any problems (missing / lost or damage) occur during shipping is not our responsibility. although, we will try our best to help you, if any document needed.

return policy

we aim for 100% product perfection. however, if problems do occur, please don't hesitate to contact us.

* replacements are based on availability. an exact color/print match replacement or exchange cannot be    guaranteed.

* we do not accept exchanges or returns for these reasons :

~ unsold merchandise (for resellers)
~ due to lighting and differences in computers the actual color may vary from what you see on-screen, this is not a    valid reason for return.
~ change your mind, do not like the items anymore.
